How to submit your files and contact us

There are several ways you can provide us with the electronic files for your print job:

  • Email. This is usually the simplest method—just email your files as an attachment to access@access-print.com, along with printing instructions. Our email server has no file size limitations, but if your files are to large to send via your outgoing mail server, you may need to use another option.
  • Disk. You can bring your files in person on a CD or flash drive to our location at 1306 65th Street in Emeryville. We're open from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Our driver may also be able to pick up your files, depending on your location and schedule. Call us at (510) 420-8956 to arrange a pick-up or drop-off.
  • Upload. Signing up on the website gives you your own secure folder, where you can upload files, download proofs and leave comments. You can get to your folder by clicking on the "my folder" tab at the top of the page. When viewing your folder and files, you should see a set of tabs and menus underneath the website tabs; the "add item" menu on the far right will let you upload files. See here for more instructions.
